Shipping information

We are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom and offer free shipping on orders £50 and above. For bulk orders, kindly contact us support@transcendplanner.com and our team will be happy to support you.

Our worldwide shipping details will be coming up soon and we’ll be sharing these with you in due course.

United Kingdom
Due to current Royal Mail strikes orders delivery times are impacted and taking longer than usual. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered to you.  If you have any questions at all, please get in touch with us at support@transcendplanner.com

Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed in the UK and shipped within 1 – 2 business days from the date your order is placed. Kindly note that, orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason, you have not received this email, please do check your spam/junk folder, or email us at support@transcendplanner.com

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping details to avoid any delay with your order. Therefore, we advise to carefully review your shipping and billing details prior to checking out.

Return & Refund Policy

Goods must be returned within 14 business day after delivery in their original and complete condition.

EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT 
We can only offer an exchange or replacement on our products unless the item is defective, faulty or damaged within 14 days after receipt.
